sing and dance with The Wiggles

On Friday 16 March 2012 nurseries all across the UK took part in an exciting Wiggles sing-a-long as part of NDNA's healthy body, happy me campaign.

The Wiggles recorded their 'Getting Strong' song with a special introduction especially for healthy body, happy me and at 11am on 'Getting Strong Friday' thousands of nursery children danced along to the song at the same time.

This event helped raise awareness of the vital role nurseries play in providing children with a healthy start in life. Nurseries which signed up to take part were also entered into a prize draw to win a goody bag which included The Wiggles Nursery Rhymes collection DVD and CD. The lucky winners were:

• The Secret Garden Day Nursery, Darlington
• Bright Beginnings Nursery, York
